Alameda ADU

With the addition of a mere 20 square feet to the footprint we were able to transform this former one car garage into a multifunction ADU complete with an indoor/outdoor theater, home office space, kitchenette with wine fridge, and a full bath behind a hidden door. A murphy bed is built in to the custom cabinetry for when guests arrive.
