1) “The contractor does not explain things to me.”
This is your project. Your vision. Our team is there to assess and execute the tasks, not to talk down or confuse you. We understand that this can be an overwhelming complicated process. Every step will be explained in detail. We know that when everyone understands what is going on and why, it makes the experience more comfortable.
2) “We were quoted one price, and ended up paying a lot more.”
We are not a “bait and switch” company. Nor will we “upsell” things you don’t want or need. We believe a happy client who refers us in the future is far more valuable then a quick buck. That aside, there are two main reasons project costs goes up. In a remodel, regardless of the firm you hire, it’s often unknown conditions. A wall is opened up and substantial rot or mold is discovered. Things of that nature. The other reason for cost increases is client requests for change orders. The plan called for a Kenmore fridge, and now its been changed to a Sub Zero. That fluctuation is completely controlled by you.
3) “The contractor started the project, and then disappeared.”
We are a small firm, and that’s no accident. We only take on up to three projects at any given time. Why? Because we know we have the infrastructure and manpower to give each one of those projects the attention it deserves, from beginning to end. Aerial imagery updates.
Get a birds eye view of your project from wherever you are with our aerial project updates. Periodically, we will provide you with drone based still images or 4K video clips of the project. Our in house drone pilot is FAA commercially licensed for unmanned aircraft systems. FAA airspace guidelines are always strictly followed.
